RETURN POLICY*

Returns With a Receipt

Items may be returned for a refund of the original purchase price within 90 days of receiving the items if they are unwashed, unworn, unaltered and unstained with original tags and a packing slip/receipt. Returns may also be applied to reorders.

From 91 days to 12 months of receiving the items, returned items may be exchanged for the full purchase price of the returned items if items are unwashed, unworn, unaltered and unstained with original tags and a packing slip/receipt. Exchanges must be made the same day as the return.

Returns Without a Receipt

Without proof of purchase, an item may be considered for an exchange (valued at the returned item's lowest sale price) pending manager review if items are unwashed, unworn, unaltered with original tags and no animal hair. Customer pays the overage, if any, on any exchanged item.

DAMAGED/MISSING MERCHANDISE

Check entire order once received since all claims must be made within 2 days of receiving shipment. Keep original shipping package and notify customer service immediately by phone at 1-888-637-3037 if: 1) the items listed on the packing slip/receipt are missing and quantity is not indicated in the "Backordered" column, or 2) the package and/or items are damaged.
